NCTI is authorized by Oregon Office of Degree Authorization to grant college credit and confer Associates of Science and Associate of Applied Science Degrees and to grant College credit for approved NCTI/CES affiliated school’s programs for EMT-Basic, EMT-Paramedic, Pharmacology, and Anatomy & Physiology. NCTI offers college credits and Degrees for students who have successfully completed NCTI EMT-Basic, EMT- Paramedic courses. Students wishing to obtain college credits for employment opportunities or to pursue an Associates of Science, (AS) degree in Emergency Technology or an Associates of Applied Science, (AAS) Degree in Emergency Technology through NCTI may follow steps 1, 2 & 3 below, as applicable, to acquire college credit and/or their AS or AAS degree. If you gained your EMS certification through another EMS training institution, credit cannot be granted at this time. Credits from “other” schools may be recognized in the future.
